In his current role as a Learning and Development Consultant, Charles partners with stakeholders in the development and implementation of training initiatives which support the guest experience and elevated operational performance through the creation and delivery of hourly and management training, culinary training, and the implementation of technology solutions to streamline processes, optimize inventory management, and enhance staff productivity.
