Ian Geralds is an impactful, growth oriented restaurant leader, executive chef and consultant with over 25 years of experience ranging from fine dining, to family dining, fast casual and quick service environments. Based out of Nashville, he is known for the incredible enjoyment he finds in solving "unsolvable" problems, and for his ability to help other leaders grow their vision and skill set to reach the goals they have set for themselves and their businesses. He has excelled in roles in Operations, Culinary, Training, Strategy, Shared Services and Consultation, and had the pleasure of working all over the country while living the Restaurant and Hospitality industry from the inside out.

After finding that his love of great food was only the beginning of his journey as an Executive Chef years ago, Ian was fortunate enough to learn from great mentors along his road that ideation and creativity are just the starting point. The real test is in applying those ideas through strategy, long-term vision and the ability to execute a flawless merge of people, product, and execution. Ian has used a unique big picture thinking capacity to earn multiple awards for Traffic Growth, Throughput, and Operational Improvement. He has also authored multiple Boot Camp teaching seminars around restaurant operations, used by multiple agencies to grow their footprint and margin. From Menu Evolution, Prototype Design and NRO operation through SWOT, P&L and Cadence Analytics, Ian knows and loves the restaurant industry more with each day, and is widely regarded as the one to call when his peers have reached an obstacle that “can’t” be overcome.
