Josh Coker has spent his career as a focused, high energy restaurant leader and operator, with a special level of commitment and interest toward New Restaurant Openings and Operations Training. Based out of Nashville, he has excelled in roles in Operations, Culinary and Training. His love for food and attention to detail has opened many doors for him to pursue his passion in the culinary arts. With nearly 20 years of  experience ranging through every station and aspect of restaurant operations, Josh carries a strong depth of knowledge in how to execute even the most challenging circumstances in an understandable, teachable fashion. After leading more restaurant openings than he could possibly count, Josh found  that his true passion was in the application of those operational skills through Operations, Culinary and L&D based training and support. This led to his pursuit of external consultation, where he has found great satisfaction in supporting operations teams as they reach their highest potential.
